Your One-Stop Spot for Cru17
Does it help to have everything in one place? I think so, so here is your one-stop spot for our National Staff Conference, Cru17 (July 16 – July 23). Come and enjoy the conference wherever you are. To find this page in the future, use bit.ly/OneStopCru17.
A lot is going on for eQuipping for eMinistry readers at Cru17, so I’ll keep this page updated for you to find anything you might need to know. This page isn’t exhaustive. I’ve gleaned the tech + ministry topics I believe my readers would want to know about. (If you don’t see a link, I haven’t found that information for you yet.)

During Cru17: Come on Down or Listen In
The following include e4e posts which explain opportunities in more detail that you might want to check out. I have links for those of you who are not at the conference, or for anyone to follow the conference live or later. All times are Mountain Daylight Time (UTC -7):
July 18 Ministry Mixer
Anne Marie Winz and I will be hosting a table about writing / blogging ministry at the Lory Center (3:30 to 5:00). Judy Douglass will also have some reps at a table for women’s issues. If you’re interested in connecting on these topics, we’d love to chat with you. This event won’t be taped.
July 20 BAM: Bloggers and Authors Meet-up
BAM17 will be meeting on Thursday, July 20th at 3:30 PM (immediately following the main session at Moby.) We’re located at the Pavilion Lounge in Laurel Village. I have everything you need to know on this post, which includes a podcast: read here.
New this year, we’ll have three 15-minute talks during BAM, called BAM Crams. We’ll offer these on Facebook Live. Let me know you’re coming on BAM’s Facebook event page.

July 23 Workshop: What Would Jesus Snapchat?
I am so pleased that Cru17 has welcomed my friend, Steve Raquel, to lead a workshop on using social media effectively to share the Good News. (Clark A103 at 2:45). Steve’s workshop may be available in audio after the conference.
I’m planning to record on-the-spot conversations with Cru staff and others at the conference. I’ll then post these audio files after the conference is over. Don’t be shy. If you have a story, look my phone up on the Staff Web or through the app and contact me so we can meet up. (I don’t put my personal contact information on this blog.) One reason I love the National Staff Conference so much is because I get to visit with so many of you.
