An Australian Short Story Competition

As a creative way to increase the profile of Power to Change in Australia. the ministry held a short story competition in 2022. Our Australian staff also wished to stimulate thinking about mission within Australia.

Qualifications for the short stories were: “the story had to be about mission in contemporary Australia, in line with [Cru’s] mission philosophy, and include the theme ‘power to change’. . .After all, the gospel is the power to change.” (This quote is taken from an overview of the competition at powertochange.org.au/the-power-of-stories.)

The ten most imaginative stories are published in a PDF collection at The Power of Stories: 2022 short story collection.
