Note the Correct Location, Date and Time for BAM

The details for the third Bloggers & Authors Meet-up (BAM) are in place. I’m very excited for the plans that God has brought together for this event at Cru15. The purpose of BAM is to bring together online writers, authors, and readers to create a visible and supportive community which desires to reach people for Jesus.

BAM will be at CSU in the Pavilion Lounge of the new Laurel Village which is right next to Durrell.  I don’t believe you’ll have any trouble finding the lounge. It’s large and open to the second floor. Sign up on the Facebook event page to let me know you’re coming.

The date is July 16. Come anytime 4:30 to 6:00.  We’ll have giveaways at different times during BAM. See the list of giveaways (Kindle Fires and books) on Google Drive: BAM giveaways.

Preparing for Your Time at BAM

Two years ago, several staff expressed that it would be helpful to know a bit more before showing up at BAM. So, these links should be helpful:

• This slideshow, BAM authors, will help you put a face to some of the bloggers and authors who will be attending, as well as their books you may have read. If you just want to meet them and chat, that’s partly what BAM is for. Please come!
• Many of the authors and bloggers wrote up ways they could help you.  Are you considering self-publishing or attending a writers’ conference? Want to talk to someone who writes a bilingual blog? Need encouragement to get started? Visit BAM15 We Can Help for what our staff offer in the way of expertise.

UPDATE: 07/02/2015 ~ Not every author or blogger is listed in the PowerPoint. I’ll add to the following list occasionally as I receive RSVPs. If I overlook anyone, forgive me.  The response has been fantastic and hard to keep up with.

Pack Your Books

The Staff Store will be ALL online sales this year. If you’d like a book signed by one of our authors, bring it along to Cru15.
